Fruited American Pale Ale | 5.5% ABV | 35 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) A citrus-forward take on the American Pale Ale. Real grapefruit puree and peel deliver a juicy punch of fresh citrus, while Amarillo, Cascade, Mandarina Bavaria, and Citra hops layer in bright orange zest, subtle floral notes, and a clean piney bitterness. Light-medium bodied, crisp, and dry — this one's built to refresh.
Ace of Haze | Hazy IPA
Hazy IPA | 6.2% | 0 IBU • A medium-bodied, smooth-drinking Hazy IPA featuring a robust hop profile of Mandarina, Bravo, Galaxy, and Mosaic. The flavor is a pronounced "juice bomb" of tropical fruit, supported by bright citrus undertones and nuanced earthy/herbal notes. It finishes smoothly with a touch of residual sweetness, making it exceptionally drinkable.
Sünner or Later | Kölsch
Kölsch | 4.7% | 10 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) A crisp, traditional German-style Kölsch with soft bread-like malt character and delicate noble hop notes of floral, herbal spice, and light citrus. Clean, dry, and refreshingly easy-drinking.
Who's Your Paddy? | Irish Red | Irish Red
Irish Red Ale | 4.8% ABV | 22 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) A crisp, clean take on the traditional Irish Red. Simpson's Maris Otter lends subtle toasted biscuit and caramel malt character, while Mittlefrüh and Saaz hops round it out with herbal, earthy, and lightly spicy notes. Easy-drinking and balanced — exactly what the style calls for.
Neon Desert "TART-arita"
Fruited Tart | 6.1% ABV | 10 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) Pink like a New Mexican sunset. This punchy tart ale layers briny sea salt, zesty key lime, and a sweet-tart blend of prickly pear and raspberry into a complex, margarita-inspired profile. Medium bodied with real fruit flavor and a bright lactic bite — indulgent, refreshing, and unapologetically New Mexico.
Humble Neighbor | Cold Brew Stout
Cold Brew Stout | 4.9% ABV | 10 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) A collaboration with our neighbors down the street at Humble Coffee. Whole coffee beans and decaf cold brew bring an intense, smooth coffee aroma and flavor, while Ecuadorian cacao nibs layer in rich dark chocolate. Built on Simpson's Maris Otter with a medium-high body — velvety, complex, and creamy. All the indulgence, none of the caffeine.
Rheinstone Cowboy | Altbier
German Altbier | 5.1% ABV | 42 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) A copper-colored German ale cold-conditioned for a crisp, lager-like finish. Weyermann Pilsner and Munich malts deliver a clean, rich toasted malt base, while Tettnang and Spalt hops bring a balanced noble bitterness with subtle spicy character. Low to medium bodied, smooth, and refined — danke, y'all.

Red Delicious by Tractor Brewing
Cider | 6.4% | IBU 0 • This cider from Tractor Brewing is slightly sweet. Golden in color with a satisfyingly tart finish.
Wine
Vara Silverhead Brut Cava
Vara Silverhead Brut Cava is made from a blend of three types of Spanish white grapes, Xarel-lo, Macabeu, and Parellada, which are the traditional grapes used for making cava. The cava has a beautiful light straw color and lively bubbles. On the nose, there are mineral notes. On the palate, there is nice minerality, slate, citrus, and green apple notes, with a crisp and delectable finish.
Sheehan Sauvignon Blanc (Vinos Unidos)
This Sauvignon Blanc presents a pale straw color. Its aroma bursts with vibrant grapefruit and ripe guava, complemented by subtle herbal notes. The palate is crisp and bright, featuring tangy citrus and juicy guava, balanced by lively acidity and a touch of minerality. It finishes clean and refreshing, with a lasting impression of zest and tropical fruit. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle sold goes to the Somos Unidos Foundation.
Sheehan Cabernet Sauvignon (Vinos Unidos)
This Cab is a gorgeous, fruit-driven wine bursting with dark red fruit, spices, and licorice. Its ripe fruit and soft tannins make this wine perfect for drinking with or without food. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle sold goes to the Somos Unidos Foundation.
