American Pale Ale | 5.0% | 40 IBU • Bursting with tropical mango and papaya, this crisp APA is brightened with zesty lime and orange citrus, finishing with a hint of pine. Made with Columbus, Ekuanot, Idaho 7 & Citra hops
Rye Orbison | Amber Ale
Rye Amber | 5.5 % | 20 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) This robust amber ale features a malty core of toasted bread and caramel, elevated by a distinctive rye spice. Hopped with Crystal, Perle, and East Kent Golding for subtle earthy and floral notes.
Ace of Haze | Hazy IPA
Hazy IPA | 6.2% | 0 IBU • A medium-bodied, smooth-drinking Hazy IPA featuring a robust hop profile of Mandarina, Bravo, Galaxy, and Mosaic. The flavor is a pronounced "juice bomb" of tropical fruit, supported by bright citrus undertones and nuanced earthy/herbal notes. It finishes smoothly with a touch of residual sweetness, making it exceptionally drinkable.
Sünner or Later | Kölsch
Kölsch | 4.7% | 10 IBU • A crisp, traditional German-style Kölsch with soft bread-like malt character and delicate noble hop notes of floral, herbal spice, and light citrus. Clean, dry, and refreshingly easy-drinking.
If You WannaBe My Lager | SMaSH Ale
SMaSH Ale | 4.4% | 25 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) This Single Malt and Single Hop (SMaSH) ale is brewed for ultimate drinkability. Featuring Perle hops, it presents a crisp body with a light, sweet malt foundation that leads to a notably dry finish. The hop profile is delicate and nuanced, offering floral and spicy undertones followed by a clean, smooth bitterness. A refreshingly simple take on a sessionable ale.
Tropic Like It's Hot | Fruited Tart
Fruited Tart | 6.2% | 10 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) This vibrant tart ale is a straight shot to the tropics. We fermented it on a massive addition of passionfruit and pineapple puree, along with dried fruit for concentrated sweetness, and brewed with dried Galaxy and Amarillo hops. The result is a bold, juicy pineapple and zesty passionfruit flavor and aroma, balanced by a refreshing tartness and a bright, fruit-forward finish.
Unbalanced Breakfast | Oatmeal Chocolate Stout
Oatmeal Chocolate Stout | 4.7% | 10 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) The most important stout of the day. This is a velvety, oat-driven chocolate stout loaded with toasted cacao nibs for a rich, dessert-like experience of dark chocolate and coffee. Silky, creamy, and 100% dairy-free. Your cereal never stood a chance.
Orange You Glad... | Bavarian-Style Wheat Ale
Bavarian-Style Wheat Ale | 5.1% | 10 IBU • (Gluten Reduced) A bright twist on a Bavarian classic. Enjoy notes of banana, clove, and a soft wave of orange citrus from Mandarina Bavaria hops, orange peel, and coriander. Smooth, creamy, and crisply refreshing.

Red Delicious by Tractor Brewing
Cider | 6.4% | IBU 0 • This cider from Tractor Brewing is slightly sweet. Golden in color with a satisfyingly tart finish.
Wine
Vara Silverhead Brut Cava
Vara Silverhead Brut Cava is made from a blend of three types of Spanish white grapes, Xarel-lo, Macabeu, and Parellada, which are the traditional grapes used for making cava. The cava has a beautiful light straw color and lively bubbles. On the nose, there are mineral notes. On the palate, there is nice minerality, slate, citrus, and green apple notes, with a crisp and delectable finish.
Sheehan Sauvignon Blanc (Vinos Unidos)
This Sauvignon Blanc presents a pale straw color. Its aroma bursts with vibrant grapefruit and ripe guava, complemented by subtle herbal notes. The palate is crisp and bright, featuring tangy citrus and juicy guava, balanced by lively acidity and a touch of minerality. It finishes clean and refreshing, with a lasting impression of zest and tropical fruit. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle sold goes to the Somos Unidos Foundation.

This Cab is a gorgeous, fruit-driven wine bursting with dark red fruit, spices, and licorice. Its ripe fruit and soft tannins make this wine perfect for drinking with or without food. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle sold goes to the Somos Unidos Foundation.
